Produced in either aluminium or steel, the halo illuminated logos are fabricated by hand to create the desired three-dimensional shape and depth of the logo design. The metal logo is then painted in your desired RAL colour or Pantone colour before being kitted out with the internal LED lighting system which consists of a number of LED modules being mounted to the recessed back of each letter or shapes which make up the logo. White LED lighting is most commonly used to create the lighting effect, however coloured filters can be used as well if an alternative coloured light is required.

An acrylic diffuser lens covers the back of the letters which helps distribute the LED light evenly on the wall in which the logo is mounted to which give this style of signage its iconic ‘halo-glow’. The logo is usually mounted slightly raised off the wall by about 20-30mm using raised wall fixings. Depending on the construction of the wall, the cables are usually channelled into the studwork or plasterboard to discretely hide them from view.

Face-lit illuminated 3D office logo sign

Produced in a similar way to the halo-illuminated logos in either an aluminium or steel, the face-illuminated logos are constructed by hand to create the required three-dimensional depth and shape of the logo design.

The sides of the metal logo can be painted in your desired RAL / Pantone colour, or they can be produced in a metal finish such as brushed or polished stainless steel. The front ‘face’ of the logo is produced in an opal acrylic which allows the internal LED lighting system to illuminate the logo from the face, and by using different coloured acrylic or by applying a colour printed vinyl to the acrylic face, we’re able to incorporate the colours and design of your logo. The logo can be mounted flush to the wall, or it can be raised off the wall by about 20-30mm using raised wall fixings. Back-lit halo illumination can also be used for this style of signage for added impact.

Produced in acrylic, the sections of the logo are fabricated together to produce a box-like 3D logo in the shape of your desired design. Acrylic comes in a range of pre—coloured plastic sheets so depending on the colours used in your brand logo, we can often get a close-enough colour match. If however you require a specific pantone colour reference to be used for the logo design then this option may not be best suited for your project as it may be best to have the design produced in a painted 3D metal.

White LED lighting is most commonly used to create the lighting effect, by using semi-translucent coloured acrylic you’re also able to light up the logo in your desired colour.

The logo is usually mounted to an internal wall with raised wall fixings, or it can be mounted flush. The acrylic logos also have the option of having back-lit halo illumination so you’re able to have the logo illuminate and glow from behind as well as the front and sides of each letter illuminate in the colour of the acrylic used.

Custom shapes and designs for illuminated logos

3D acrylic light box logos

An acrylic light box is a great way of producing a feature logo for a wall and it ensures the brand name is clearly lit up and visible to all. Produced in acrylic, the sections of the light box is fabricated together to produce a box-like 3D shape in your desired size and style. Acrylic is produced in a range of set colours for you to choose from, so depending on the colours used for your branding, we can often get a close-enough colour match

The 3D acrylic light boxes are pre-fitted with an LED lighting system which consists of a number of LED light modules being fitted inside the acrylic light box. White LED lighting is most commonly used to create the lighting effect, but by using semi-translucent coloured acrylic we’re also able to light up the logo in your desired colour.

Light boxes can be hung on the wall using a range of fixing methods which will be discussed with you prior to production, and they can be hard wired into the mains electrics or plugged in to a plug socket depending on whether the light box is for internal or external use.

Neon office logo signs 

Retro neon signage is a great way of adding a bit of nostalgia into your branding, and with the range of coloured neon lighting available, you’re able to add a bit of colour to your brand logo as well.

Handmade and formed in glass tubing, the neon office signs are usually mounted and enclosed within a clear acrylic box to ensure the glass tubes are protected. This also makes it easier to hang the logo onto he wall and transport it around if need be.

Neon logos are also often produced without the acrylic casing so the neon tubing can be mounted directly to the wall with raised fixings which will create a more industrial style of signage.

By using a range of mixed gasses you’re able to achieve the desired neon colours required and the neon logo is often supplied with a plug so they can be easily set up.

Illuminated 3D metal logos with fairground bulbs

Back by popular demand, the classic fairground bulb logos are a fantastic way of displaying your logo all lit up. Produced usually in steel or aluminium which can be left unpainted for an industrial retro finish, or painted in your desired colour; the fairground 3D logos can be produced in a range of sizes, fonts or designs.

The logos and letters are fitted with the latest LED bulbs which are available in a number of colours and sizes, and the LED bulb lenses used help distribute the light evenly within the design of the logo. Traditional candescent light bulbs can be used as well, however they require a much greater level of maintenance as the bulbs only last a fraction of time compared to LED light bulbs.

The metal 3D logos are all constructed by hand with the sides of the logo welded together to create the desired depth. The bulbs are then usually recessed into the face of each letter which creates a clearer display of illumination.

Fairground bulb logos are mounted in a similar way to most 3D logos, with the option of being mounted on raised wall fixings or mounted flush to the wall.
